Episode 052 – Byron Hartzler | Outdoorsman & Co-creator of Myanmar Adventure Outfitters
Byron Hartzler is a seasoned outdoorsman and a co-creator of Myanmar Adventure Outfitters.
Listen to his journey from growing up in a picturesque farm in Canada and working with non-profit organizations while living around the world, to now using adventure sports and cultural encounters to offer development opportunities for local communities in and around Lashio, northeastern Myanmar.
Between homeschooling his kids along with wife Eileen and catching up with village chiefs, expect to find him exploring new routes and trails across the Shan wilderness.
Myanmar Adventure Outfitters is a passion project of Byron & Eileen Hartzler, who encourage you to explore remote reaches of the Shan state through their custom-designed small group excursions.
